Thanksgiving 2009

It’s Canadian Thanksgiving! I’m not sure why it’s different from the American one. Maybe because it gets colder earlier up here. Or maybe everyone decided that we needed a holiday in October. Whatever. I got to sleep in.
Things I’m Thankful For:
- People who throw you outside of your comfort zone.
- Awkward family conversations.
- Scotch.
- Unexpected opportunities.
- The internet. It’s pretty cool. I think it’s going to be a big deal one day.
- Warm socks.
- Being able to drink tequila again.
- Sharpie pens. They just make my ideas seems smarter.
- Porter Airlines for serving up the 500mL tallboy can. For free.
So, I hope that you had a great Thanksgiving. And thanks for reading.
